Your personalised poem is designed on A4 (210 × 297 mm) as standard. You can choose either portrait or landscape orientation when completing the questionnaire.

Your poem will arrive as a print-ready PDF file.

Print yourself:

If you have a good home inkjet printer you can print it yourself. Use a quality paper for best results. We recommend printing on a heavier weight paper (around 200–250gsm) with a white, matte and untextured finish to give your poem a keepsake-quality feel.

Print at your local or online print shop:

Simply email it to your local or online print shop for the best results.

Your poem will be designed with framing in mind. Each printable A4 will have sufficient margin around the text and images so that your framed print looks great.

Your A4 file is designed to fit standard A4 frames available in most homeware and stationery shops, or you can use a professional framing service.

We advise adding a card mount inside the frame to give it the presence it deserves.

However, you determine size, framing and or a canvas option with the printer. We recommend using a professional printing and framing service to enhance the value of a cherished keepsake.

At the moment, poems are supplied only in A4 format, as this is the most common frame size and ensures a polished, professional look. If you send us high resolution images it is likely but not guaranteed that you will be able to print your A4 poem on A3 size paper.

You will receive a high-resolution, print-ready PDF file via email. This format ensures your poem can be printed clearly and beautifully.

The standard delivery is a PDF. If you would like a JPEG file for digital use (e.g., sharing on social media), you can request this when you complete your questionnaire.

Please upload high-quality digital photos in JPEG or PNG format. Files should be at least 1MB in size to ensure they print clearly.

Up to three photographs may be incorporated into the final design, depending on layout and space.

Yes, minor text edits (such as correcting names, dates, or small details) are included in the service. You may request them by sending Ed an email to edbuckley72@gmail.com. Substantial rewrites or stylistic changes may incur an additional fee.

If you print the poem and wish to send it to your friend unframed, we recommend that you send it in a card-backed envelope so it doesn't crease in transit.

Our poems are delivered in A4 Format and we recommend printing your poem in this size for best results. However if the photographs you send us are of good quality (high resolution) then you can probably print the poem up to A3 in size.
